How much do we really want to lose weight? Are we serious this time? Kind of not sure? Are we afraid to lose it? What stops me from losing and really sticking to what I should be doing? I get tired of each year saying I am going to lose and finding myself losing alot at the beginning and then starting to gain and before you know it I am almost the same weight in September or more then when I started.. I want to get motivated and stay that way... Why do we slip into this trap? I am tired or being put down and have a hard time to walk and do things like other people..and be excepted as any other person. I feel like I am on a good start and want to keep it going. I have started on the right foot this time and I am starting to go for walks at work with some people I work with and it's fun when you do it as a group. Our Weight Watchers classes stopped and they just started up last Monday.. I lost 2 pounds so that is a good start........ So yes I am ready and on my mark and goinggggggggg and I will go to my class reunion in 2 years and looking good. I am not going to say Maybe.. or I'll try no........ I am doing it and that's that.............................. How are all you doing? Ann |
