Did you ever find yourself comparing yourself to others? ;-) We probably all
do...but yesterday I made a comparison that knocked me to the floor.
It's that time of year when we order new uniforms and take our measurements.

Another lady in my unit is exactly the same height as I am, her bust is 1/4
inch smaller, our waists are the same size, and my hips are exactly 8 inches
larger. I weigh 29 pounds more than she does. So I guess this means that I am
carrying 29 pounds on my hips that she doesn't have. :-(
I'm losing weight, but is there a way to get it off my hips, thighs, buttocks,
and calves a little faster?? I am walking about 45 minutes a day right now.
