"Murder Most Horris"
A much better title :-)
Royston
PS Why not change the title of this topic to something a little
more meaningful. Particularly in the light that you have already
tried searching for a note on this programme.

| There have been three series of Murder Most Horrid in
1991, 1993 & 1995.

My apologies to Royston - I am a new thrill seeker on notes and
have been trying to get the just of titling and subjecting. I am
using notes via DIGITAL's internal web page so bear with me. My first
choice for this topic would have been REDRUM - :>)
...although maybe a tad too drastic. On the level though - is it
possible to change the title of a topic after it has been entered into
notes?

| No apologies needed. Welcome to the world of notes.
To change the title of a note you need to be the author or a moderator.
To do this -
> set note 840.0/title="<....>"

.. or at least in VAXNOTES you do. Whether the same facility
exists in the WWW interface I wouldn't know. And of course
you must be coming from the same network address to qualify
as the author, which if you are using DHCP may not be possible.
On the other hand, finding a moderator for this conference is even
trickier...

Try discussing the pending patent litigation and they'll come crawling
from the woodwork.
