I noticed that an ITV comedy called Cold Feet(?) picked up awards at
Montreux. It starred Helen Baxendale who was in Cardiac Arrest amongst
other things. Has anyone seen it? Was it any good? When was it on?
Richard.

Richard,
This was on about a month ago, at Easter perhaps because it seemed an
unusual time slot, something like 9:40 to 10:40 on ITV.
It was a comedy, about a bloke who would never commit to a long term
relationship with a woman. This chap (literally) runs into Ms Baxendale
in a Tescos car park and the rest of the program concentrates on
their relationship.
I quite liked it. There'd been no advertising for the program
nor any reviews I'd seen, so expecting nothing, I was surprised how
watchable it was. I can't remember any of the other actor/actresses names
but most were recognizable, and gave some amusing performances.

Yes. I remember. I watched it. I thought from the award that it was a
series (ala Likely Lads). Cold Feet was 2/3 episodes? I thought it was
pretty good.

It was shown again the other night. It was very good, even some quite
original jokes.
