Bloomin heck, did anyone see last nights ending??? What's going on?
Who dies?? We all just sat there going "bloody hell" and then they
announced the new series in Autumn. That's ages!!

    >>> Who dies??

All the ones who want more money to do the next series :-)

The ending did come "out of the blue".

I think the Dutch firefighter lady couldn't bear the thought of
separation, was following in a taxi and single handed she saves the lot
    of them.

Failing that Zorba dies in her arms and asks her to look after his son.

I think that the fire engine that managed the spectacular leap was not
one from Blackwall. Remember, there were 3 engines together at one
point, so one was not from Blackwall.

There was probably one casualty in the leading engine, probably Geoff
Pearce, unless he was bending down to tie his shoelace at the time.

Seriously, I agree with Martin. It's been left open to avoid wrangles
over pay for the next series.

I read in the paper that Billy (sorry can't remember the actors name)
was haggling over money. Glen Murphy (George) is fed up because they
won't let him fight the fires and drive the engine anymore, (real
firefighters now do that) or get his kit off for some off duty action.
    :-)
