I am trying to access this gateway via
http://vtxgwy.imc.das.dec.com/cgi-bin/vtx
but I keep getting The requested URL /cgi-bin/vtx was not found on this
server.
Where is it??

There were some system management problems somewhat resolved June 5th
there is some good news and bad news...
The good news is that on the server side, we'll shortly be upgrading
servers and it should get more reliable.
THe bad news is some bookmarks will no longer work. It's likely
users will have to change all the "?" to "~" (except for the last).
We don't think many use this feature, and it's only a one-time change
per url. So we loose some compatibility with some existing bookmarks.
Things should be improving within the week.
