I believe your bennies vary state to state, our motto is
"how can we ***** you?" In New Jersey, you only receive
a drill check not FULL military pay. And that's only if you
can prove the accident happened because of military duty.

    example=
A NCO friend of mine was tossed around inside a APC
while at Annual Training. He bruised his chest which caused
an artery to swell which caused a heart attack. He was put
out of the guard (both his full and part time positions)
because he was now medically unfit for service. When he tried
to get compensation, he was told he had the heart problem
    before the accident.

    However, about your problem.

If you are not satisfied with the answers you're receiving,
call the IG. Everyone tends to listen when the IG speaks.
Just ask your full time unit administrator for the phone
number, THEY MUST GIVE IT TO YOU.
