MILITARY RESERVE TRAINING
Time off for required Military Training is granted to any full time
employee.
Notification To DEC
An employee must give 30 days notice on a DEC leave form together with
his Military Notification.
Pay During Training
If an employees pay is less than regular base pay, Digital makes up the
difference.
The period for which Digital will make up the difference normally will
not exceed 15 working days in any 12 month period. Periods beyond this
are considered as Leave Without Pay.
When the employee returns from training they should send a copy of the
military pay voucher to Personnel. The Military pay received will then
be deducted from their salary.
Benefits
Long term disability benefits are suspended whilst the employee is on
Military Reserve Training. All other Company benefits continue.
Public Holidays
If a public holiday falls during the period of Reserve Training then an
extra day off with pay is granted at a mutual agreed time.

Would anyone care to list the current Australian and New Zealand army
Regiments/Corps both regular and reserve....
I'm also looking for someone who has knowledge of insignia,
I have a few Aus/NZ cloth badges which I can't locate ( I think at
least two are WWII ).
Answer here or personal, address above.
Thanks
