    Cust is seeing the following prob of 
    Error failed to create file system shared memory segment;host error 22
    
    Can any body tell me what this is related to and why the system cant
    create the shared memory segement. This happens when starting PW NW
    5.0 eco 2 from the 5.0G eco 2 kit.
    
    Cust has done a rebuild of the kernel and got some vnode warning
    messages that have been set to a "value". Checking of these errors were
    showing as warnings with no real problems.
    
    Cust has PW LM on the system and it is working OK. System is a 2100
    with 512 MB of memory.

	Can you post the output of the statistics from sconsole. Julia
