    Hi,
    
    is it possible to share a path on my file system without changing
    ownership & privileges?
    
    I need so because I have to gain access from a file service to a path
    created/used by a server application having on that path its
    "owner.group" permissions. Of course I cannot simply enable world
    access to that path!
    
    Let me know what can be done about it,

Can you send me exactly what your trying to do.  You probably have a 
few options without giving it world access.
