    How do you give a user in the USERS group PRINT MANAGER capability like
    you can on the dreaded Pathworks for VMS servers.
    
    The person I am working with is at an educational institute and would
    like teachers to have privaleges to delete student print jobs.  The
    PWADMIN utility does not have the suboption for a user in the USERS
    group call Operator Privileges with suboptions of Server, Print,
    Accouts and Comm.
    
    A admin user using the client Manageworks utility to the Pathwork for
    Unix 5.0g server sees the Operator Privileges options.  He created a
    user and gave the user the option of Print.  But when logged on the
    network from pc could not delete other users print jobs to a queue they
    had privs.  Tried using the NET ADMIN \\USERNAME /COMMAND NET PRINT
    SHARENAME.
    
    Looking for any help how to configure certain users to be Print
    Managers but still be in the USERS group not ADMINS group.
