I have an AcerNote Light laptop that I am running VT320e on. I'm having the usual laptop problem of having no pf1 - pf4 keys. Therefore, EDT and several other utilites are unwieldy to use. Does anyone have any ideas of how force PF1 etc functionality? I've seen Notes 1152 and 1380 but they don't seem to help in my case. Any help greatly appreciated. Kara Gamble

I'm going to try loading Excursion on my laptop and I'll let you know how the keypad works out. I'd suggest using Hyperterm but the VT100 emulator is somewhat unattractive. However, F1-F4 does work for PF1-PF4 on Hyperterm. | |||||

Look for TeraTerm, it's best Freeware terminal emulator for DEC terminals. It even does the cut-and-paste "correctly". - Vikas |
