This looks like a great utility, but I feel like I'm not in position to use it.
I work remote support, and only deal with customers on the phone. I can't
have the customer run IRIS, because that would mean I have to give it to them,
and I can't do that.
I can't dispatch a Digital Field Rep to the site if the customer doesn't have
onsite support. They may have some other company servicing their hardware.
Is there anyone else out there with this problem?
How do you get around it?
I understand it used to expire after some period of time, but that functionality
was removed.
Any chance of it returning?
