I haven't been able to get the traffic generator to send anything with
the NDIS driver and a DEPCM-BA card, either. I finally dragged out an
old Sniffer today, which was able to send the test packet we needed.

Interesting - The NDIS driver _should_ be able to do traffic
generation.
Is the DEPCM-BA card the Novell NE2000 clone we were reference
selling?
