Just herd that there is legislation up for vote in the Colorado House
of Representatives that would force judges to enforce visitation
and would force review of the case within 30 days of the complaint.

Thats good news Fred. It should be called -Dads equal time with his
children- not visitation. Keep us posted on any more news about
this legislation. I have a feeling the pendulum is swinging back to
a more fair equal attitude towards both parents.

I hope that the penalties for non-conformance or interference with
visitation rights are as strict as the penalties for non-payment of
child support.
