CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME IS THERE A WAY TO STOP THE GARNSIHMENT FROM MY PAY
CHECK? I WAS NEVER LATE BEFORE WHY THERE GARNISH MY PAY? BECAUSE I DID
NOT AGREE TO HAVE THIS DONE.

The only way to stop it is to go back to court. Garnishment is
getting more and more automatic these days.

The feeling it is that it simplifies things, and avoids problems, you have to pay it, and so garnishment is almost always done automatically now. It's almost impossible to stop it. | |||||
