This note file is great!  So I have decided to create a semi-public mailing
list (known within DEC as dist. list) for NCP.

My wifes company has agreed to sponsor this mailing list, so it will NOT be
on any Digital owned or controlled systems.  Membership will be controlled
by the current members.  Mail coming from or to the mailing list will be 
kept confidential.  Mail can be sent via Internet, (MCI Mail, CompuServer,
and DECnet via Internet), UUCP, and EZ-E-Mail.  So this will be open to
more than just DEC folks.  Your request for membership to NCP mailing list
should include the following information:

	Your Name:
	Your E-Mail address:
	CP or NCP:
	Your interest in the NCP mailing list:
	Any comments about yourself that you would like the membership
	to know.

This will be forward to the current membership for any objections for this
person being a member.  Mainly what we don't want is a spouse or friend of
a spouse to be on this mailing list without the consent of that person.

I am starting the mailing list but I would like to stress that the charter
will be up to the members.  I don't have any problems with CP's being members
but again that will be up to the members.

Request for membership can be E-Mailed to :

	decwrl::"[email protected]"

Quotes are importants!  I don't know how to access it from All in One.

Did I forget anything?
