Hi to all who have read and exchanged in this conference over the year.

This will be a different Christmas for me. As many of you know, my
ex-husband has our daughter with him for the year in Canada. In the
past, I have always let her go to Canada for Christmas. This year is
reversed and she will be arriving on Saturday and I will have her with
me until Jan. 2 (except for a few hours on Christmas day that she will
spend with Dad). I think both of us (my ex and me) have gotten a
better perspective of what it is like to be on the other side, both pro
and con. I could fill a book (ok, maybe a chapter) on the advantages
    and disadvantages.

Anyway, before I ramble on and on, I wish all a Merry and Happy and
hope that your situations, whatever they may be, improve next year.

I have lots of plans next week (we got tickets for Phantom the day
after Christmas - and she loves NY and Broadway) so I will be on
vacation until after the first. God Bless!

    Susan

And a "Happy Holidays" to you and everyone else here! I'm sure that
many of us could use an extra "Happy Holidays" wish!

Me, I get to drive 2 hours (each way) on Christmas Day, just like last
year, just like the year before, and the year before, etc., etc.

Well, after six years of this, it does tend to get a bit old, know
    what I mean?

    Joyeux Noel!
