Also, recently rented the video "Deceived" with Goldie Hawn and
darn it all I can't think of the main actor's name right now,
although I think it was John Heard who also appeared on the
Milagro Beanfield War. Anyway, the movie was excellent in my
opinion, and should be nominated for best picture of the year!!!
Don't recall seeing Goldie in a suspense flick such as this one.
I think this role was well suited for her in the mother/wife/career
minded women. I was impressed with Heard's performance as well.

If anyone is interested in Shakespeare plays there are FREE tickets
available at UCCS throughout the Summer season. If anyone is
considering seeing the play perhaps a group would like to go together
and attend. Let me know as I plan on seeing the play sometime soon.

I recently viewed 'Pure Country' with George Straight as the main
actor (he was also nominated for 'entertainer of the year' several
times in the past years. I really liked the film and the ending
even brought tears to my eyes (if you can believe that). I guess
I could really relate to what his girlfriend had gone through...
I also saw 'Frankie and Johnnie' with Michele Pfeifer (sp??) and
can't think of the actor's name but it was a really cute film!
