| Well I tried OJ for a week and went back to tomato juice for breakfast.
Would you want 12 folks judging you if they could stay away from all
media for months and from all uncensored media for up to a year?

| The OJ trial not a fail and just trial. It is a trial by media and
hype. With 'Judest Priest (sp) at every turn in the bend. Horay for
Hollywood where when your hot your hot.... When your not your a
has-been and parking cars.....

| When is the Stupor Bowl this year? Did it happen already? Dang - missed
it for the 29th time.
"Enjoying" the trial of an accused double-murder? What do you think this is,
Entertainment Tonight?
Some of us have a life.

I'm enjoying the trial. Yes enjoying. I'm not interested in
the charges or who's on trial for what but the "contest"
between the defense lawyers and the prosecution is like
watching an interesting debate. The moves and countermoves
are what makes it interesting to me not the hollywood side
of it.

Yes, I find it very interesting. Especially in the Sunday papers, where they
can go into more detail than the TV news. It is watching a contest, like an
election or a football game.
Sometimes I feel guilty, thinking of the human cost of all this. Two people
dead already, a man with his life probably destroyed, however the case comes
out, and children with their lives permanently changed. Plus a legal system
which looks, at this point, like a travesty of justice. If I were a better
person, all that might keep me from enjoying the trial. On the other hand, none
of these people will be better off if I close my eyes and cover my ears.

And, alledgedly, it could have been by his OWN choice! Please
keep in mind that guilt or not guilty has yet to be determined.

| re: Custody... Hmmm...
Yes, indeed...
From what I recall of the news reports last night...
She is claiming that the long working days is costing her lots of
extra money for babysitting services, and has also claimed that the
visibility of this case has made it necessary for her to purchase
about $1500.00 worth of new clothes. I believe they even said that
she was asking her ex- for more money because of this.
He is sueing for custody on the grounds that she isn't spending enough
time with the kids because of this case.
Also, I believe they said the custody suit is supposed to go to court
sometime soon - next week or the week after... I wonder how she's
going to manage that one given her current work load with the OJ
case....

| Gee....and she is to be home nurturing these offsprings. Hey! Isnt this
why guys seldom get custody based upon this premise?
