question The ex-wife is no-longer collecting unemployment she has inrolled in the welfare. 1) She has full benies. 2) she gets 75.00 a week for child support. 3) welfare does not know that she is recieving child support. 4) she only have 50% physical custody meaning every other week. Is this legal in recieving welfare help. does anybody know the process in getting welfare? Does she needs to have full custody to get welfare??

What is and is not legal probably debends on what city, state and country you live in. And you haven't said, so I at least, haven't a clue as to the answers. If I were you though I'd be talking to my lawyer not a bunch of semi random noters. Alfred |
