| Your son wouldn't happen to be a politician would he? The title of
this note..."choices/results"? and your name made me wonder...then I
though NO...couldn't be...Is THAT why you would like us to pray for
him? Excuse my ignorance...I don't THINK I know your son...or do I?
Aside from the everyday, ordinary reasons, why does he need us to pray
for him?

| I would be interested in knowing also. I don't mean to sound callous,
but I think that if someone is going to ask folks in 3 conferences to
pray for their son, they could at least tell those of us not in the
know why.
thanks,
Lorna

| So your son and his family has troubles but you don't want to advertise
them. Okay, that I can understand.
However, and not to belittle your situation any, this is a pretty unusual
request for this notes conference. Usually these sort of prayer requests are
made in those conferences devoted to discussion on various aspects of
religion, such as GOLF::CHRISTIAN, LYCEUM::CATHOLIC-THEOLOGY, and
LGP30::CHRISTIAN-PERSPECTIVES, to name just a few.
Nevertheless, I wish you and your son and his family well. Not being a
praying sort, I'm afraid that is all I can do for you.

| Usually if I am going to pray for someone I have an idea of what I
am praying for..... but a generic prayer might help your son too. If your
asking for help you might consider not being so quick on the trigger.
Although I can appreciate that your under stress and I wish your son
well.
