    Does anyone out there share my concerns about:
    
         1 - How extremely difficult it is for the over-50 male to get
             a new job in this company.......and
    
         2 - Personnel's absolute refusal to acknowledge the problem.
    
    The last time I was placed on redeployment it took me 13 months
    to find a job.  With all the change coming in the corporation, it's
    kind of scary to have to go through all that again.

    Is this a male age issue? I guess I'm asking if ageism applies less to
    women for some reason.
