I have noticed a number of discussions regarding divorce cases in this
file and fathers fighting for their rights, I currently am in the
situation of just beginning a divorce and am in need of a good lawyer
in the Marlboro to Fitchburg area. Unfortunately it appears that
the divorce will not be as simple as I would like it to be, and I
will have to fight for the right to see my children, and for the
right to keep some of my paycheck. I believe in being fair in this
situation, and in no way am I trying to take everything from my wife.
But, the other side of the story is that she will be more than willing
to go through a no-fault divorce ONLY if I do give her everything and
agree to see my children only once every two weeks, which is completely
unfair in my opinion. I do not want to be limited to that little time
with my children and I am also financially having a hard time making
the weekly payment she is requesting.

So, I would appreciate any suggestions for a good lawyer who could handle
this situation. Certainly the financial end of it is also important to
me so if there is a good, decent lawyer that is reasonably priced, that
would be a big plus. Any suggestions of lawyers to stay clear of would
also be a help.

Thanks.
