| Hmm - an interesting topic for MENNOTES. First thing I would try
is rubbing dishwashing detergent into the stain with a brush, rinsing,
and see if it lessens. Repeat until it doesn't seem to be doing
any good. You can also try some of the commercial laundry products
such as Spray 'n Wash. Lastly, try a spot remover, such as Carbona
or K2R. I've got a small spray bottle of a product called "Outright"
that I picked up in a drug store that took a stain right out of a tie -
maybe it'll work for your shirt.
There are very few stains I haven't been able to get rid of using
one of these methods. However, if you've washed and dried your
shirt several times, the stain may have set so that it isn't
completely removeable.

| It's a bit late but.....the minute you recognize that you have
stain on your shirt go immediately to the restroom and soak the
area with COLD water. Take a paper towel to BOTH sides of the cloth
and rub the wet area vigorously. The towels not only absorb the
water but the stain also. In about 10-15 minutes the shirt will
dry. This works for near anything except the cloth killing ingredients
in the dte contents of a POPSICLE.

| This may also be a little late, but CLUB SODA/SELTZER works great...it
will usually take out any stain if it's caught right away.

Try Zout, baking soda, and/or H2O2...

| If you're going to be working around a heater or an open flame,
never use H2O2 on any natural fiber cloth. The cloth will become
expanded from the liquid, O2 will stay trapped and heat will ignite
it. H2O2 is an oxidizer.

| for just about any stain, excluding underarm stains, if the stain
has set there is a product at your local ADAP or automotive store
called "Bleche-White". It works great! Believe me, I won't even
let my fiancee do my laundry, or anyone else.

| It is kind of funny, what kind of problems men have with coffee
and how creative they can be. Why not take off the shirt and only
wear a tie?

Great! So, there you are...
...bareass naked, with your tie draping down your back, eyes
bugged out for lack of caffene, figiting for a cup of coffee that
you know you shouldn't be drinking...
