Hi....
I have a customer requirement which states that some of their operations staff
need the ability to stop and start NT services (this is in an Exchange
environement and they want to be able to restart MTA services for example).
The security people within this customer environment states that only
specified people should be able to modify the audit policy for the domain.
They would not want the operations people above to have this access.
As far as I can make it, to do either of the above requires the user to be in
the Administrators group, and thus the requirements are mutually exclusive
(i.e. if you can do one, you can do both).
Is this the case, any ways to satisfy both groups?
There is with NT 4.0
Rgds,
Graham
