Customer has a AlphaServer 2000 with dual processors that he upgraded to NT 4.0.
One of his applications won't run on NT 4.0, so he downgraded back to NT 3.51,
but continued to use the NT 4.0 firmware. His system is now unstable
(intermittent crashes). Should he have re-installed the NT 3.51 firmware, or is
the 4.0 firmware backwards compatible?
