    	I have a customer with an Alphaserver 2100 4/233 running NT 3.51
    SP2. The system has hung a few times in the past 2 months and the NT
    event viewer shows a "DAC960NT" error. The description says:
    
    "The device, \Device\ScsiPort3, did not respond within the timeout
    period."
    
    	This is the same problem discussed in note 4654 which was resolved
    via an ipmt. I have tried to get in touch with the author but have not
    been able to and do not have an ipmt case number to look at. The 2100
    is running console 4.3-222 and alpha f/w 4.43. The system has 2 KZPSC, 3
    channel raid controllers.
