FYI,
Setting a new password crashes NT40 SP2 +hotfix 1. I used
CTL+ALT+DEL and selected the password button.
The first time I entered new passwords twice, and got messages
that the passwords were not long enough, on the third try the
WINLOGIN application died and crashed NT.
I rebooted NT and tried again. This time WINLOGIN died the first
time I tried to enter a new passowrd.
