    Hello,
    
    I have a PDC who's doesn't want to start the replicator service. 
    This system is a Windows-NT 3.51 ServicePack 4.
    
    I try to find the solution in technet, but noway I found solutions. 
    Please help me
    
    problem :
    
    Event ID : 3216
    Source : Replicator
    Type : error
    Description : System Error 13 occured

Who is the owner of the replication service? SYSTEM or the Administrator? If administrato
r,
check if the password are correct
Most of the problems with the replication service are caused
if the administrator change the
password in the user manager but not in the services.

Hi Remi,

	Who is the owner of the Replication Service?  SYSTEM or
Administrator?  If Administrator, check if the password is correct.
Most of the problems with the Replication Service are caused when 
the Administrator password is changed in the User Manager but not 
in the Services.

    Oupsss ... after a long try I found the problem.
    
    Thank you for the answer but, I have check the password and it was ok.
    
    For who want to know, the problem was : 
    
    In the registry the parameter was not correct (I don't know why the
    system or someone made this change). But after correction, the
    replicator started.
