    Hi there,
    I have a customer with an AS2000 running NTS. He has HP LaserJets 3si
    and 5si connected to his network via Jetdirect cards.  
    
    There was no issue printing when the server was running 3.51, but now
    he is having issues now that he has upgraded to NTS4. He has not loaded
    new drivers. The problems he is having relate to Win95 clients not
    being able to print at all, and eventually the printer will stall,
    necessitating a power cycle of the printer.
    
    I'm assuming this is probably a pretty clear-cut situation; any
    pointers would be appreciated.

Jimmy,

Does he have any of the SP loaded on NT V4.0?  I wouldn't go as far as the 
Beta 3 SP though :-)

    Why? Are they specific fixes in the SP's for this problem? Where are
