I am running on a Celebris GL 5120. It does not have a SCSI adapter that I can see, yet I get this message. The driver has detected that device \Device\ScsiPort0 has old or out-of-date firmware. Reduced performance may result. I have reduced performance. How to Fix? Thanks, Steve

Steve, I also have a GL 5120 with the same message. I have four "SCSI adapters" from an NT view. The dual-channel IDE controller gets reported as two of the controllers. *THAT* is the controller that is being reported with "old firmware". My system came with an Adaptec narrow controller and I added an Adaptec wide controller as well. Those seem to be fine. I've checked the PCBU web pages for firmware updates for Celebris. No luck so far. Anyone else have a resolution to this? David |
