    Does NT( Workstation) support multiple network options such as 3 LAN/PCI
    (DE450) and 3 FDDI/PCI( DEFPA) in a same system configuration ?

Sure.  Why not?  Both of the drivers for DE450 and DEFPA support multiple
cards, as does the operating system.
