Can I use NT Directory Replication to replicate to PATHWORKS V5
servers? I have this working great for my NT Servers but would also
like to get my System Policy and Logon Scrips automatically replicated
to a bunch of PATHWORKS servers.

No. PATHOWRKS v5 servers do not support replication of
files/directories. PATHOWRKS for DIGITAL UNIX(Advanced Server) v6.0
does, I believe, as will perhaps the v6 OpenVMS server when it's
available.
