At the NT Wizards symposium earlier this month Mark Minasi, the writer for
Windows NT magazine, offered his insights on NT futures. To me two of his
predictions stuck out and I'm wondering if it's possible to get any
confirmation here or elsewhere. Perhaps, because of our alliance with
Microsoft, someone reading this note will have details that can be shared.
The two predictions are: A) NT will be abandoing the current LM Domain
security mechanisms in favor of Kerberos; and, 2) LDAP will replace NT's
current directory service protocol. Both seem like significant departures
from current Microsoft NT directions. Is there anything to this?

That should give you alot of info on what's coming down the
pike.
