5778.0. "Microsoft protocols (SMB...)" by ROMEDU::NEBBIA (Mario Nebbia @RIO - Rome, Italy) Thu Mar 06 1997 07:06
Network Monitor allows capturing and analyzing network traffic. Is there
any document where I can find a description of protocols like SMB, WINS,
and so on? I mean, a list of messages, standard message sequencing, and so
on.
I looked in Technet and in the Developer's Network CDs, but up to now I was
unable to find what I need.
Suggestions, pointers and hints welcome!
Mario

| I'm pretty sure the SMB spec is somewhere in the Developer's CD.
Of course, most of the Internet protocols can be found in the
corresponding RFCs (see http://ds.internic.net).
