I'm implementing MS Exchange at a customer site. No problems found with local 
installation. Now I want to connect to another server within the WAN, but 
establishing a trust has so far failed.
The customer have a large WAN but, from what I know, no or few NT servers. 
TCP/IP is the only protocol used.
Configuration:

- TCP/IP network with DNS service.
- TCP/IP subnet net11.sll.se
	- In this IP domain there is a NT servern, MVXNTS1, installed with the 
	  following configuration:
		- NT 3.51 SP4
		- PDC in NT domain MVXNTD
		- IP-address 192.44.250.7
		- "Use DNS for ...."
			the DNS (non NT) for this subnet have 
			been updated with name MVXNTS1 for IP address 	
		192.44.250.7
		- "Use LMHOSTS for ...."
			The file LMHOSTS:
			131.205.81.122 LTSNTS04 #PRE #DOM:LTSNTD
		- "Domain Suffix Search Order:" lts.sll.se
- TCP/IP subnet lts.sll.se
	- In this IP domain there is a NT servern, LTSNTS04, installed with 
	  the following configuration:
		- NT 4.0 SP2
		- PDC in NT domain LTSNTD
		- IP-address 131.205.81.122
		- "Use DNS for ...."
			the DNS (non NT) for this subnet have 
			been updated with name LTSNTS04 for IP address 	
			131.205.81.122
		- "Use LMHOSTS for ...."
			The file LMHOSTS:
			192.44.250.7 MVXNTS1 #PRE #DOM:MVXNTD
		- "Domain Suffix Search Order:" net11.sll.se

It is possible to do a PING LTSNTS04 and PING MVXNTS1 from each side. It is 
also possible to connect a network drive with NET USE from each side. But, it 
is not possible to establish a Trust. The error message is "Could not find 
domain controller for this domain."

Please anybody help me as I'm lost and have no clue what could be my problem.
Anybody out there....(?)
