A customer added a 3 channel PCI KZPSC to a 2100a that contained a 1 channel PCI KZPSC. The ARC boot menu point to the boot drive on the original KZPSC. When the second KZPSC is added, it shows up first in the ARC hardware configuration. Moving the KZPSC to different slots doesn't seem to make a difference. How does the ARC firmware size two KZPSC's?

It searches for the KZPSC by scanning the PCI buses, starting at PCI bus 0 slot 0 and function 0. Which slot is the first KZPSC installed? Scott |
