NT 4.0 workstation. I added a fax modem but there seems to be no provision to install the fax software. What am I missing ? thanks Alan

I love your address... It's from a non-registered DECnet address *and* a non-registered TCP/IP address... and your name is ANONYMOUS. Cool. Windows NT does not have FAX capability built-in. Oh yeah...... My IP and DECnet addresses SHOULD be registed. I was given them 3 years ago when I was set up as a home worker. I have 16.194.208 as my own subnet and I have 61.5xx as my own DECnet bits. The DECnet address shown is from the server in Reading. 44.806 is not my concern... The 'anonymous' is because I have been field testing buggy Windows Notes s/w and I forgot to add my name at the last install. Some time ago I bouht a Zoom internal modem which came with Winfax Lite. It works on NT 4.0 (and did on 3.51). |
