    Hello all,
    
    I have a customer with as2100 running NT 3.51 sp 4.  They have put up
    ARC 4.50
    My question is can you use 4.50 arc with the 3.51 hal.dll. I no there
    are problems with the 2100 running NT 4.0 with earlier version of ARC.
    But I would think the problem would go the other way to. in other word
    is the ARC 4.50 compatible with 3.51 hal.dll
