    Windows NT 4 SP3 appears to have broken JAVA in Netscape Navigator
    Gold.
    
    Netscape tech support tells how to fix the problem on Win95 but it is
    only a hint for WinNT.
    
    The problem appears to be in a new rpcrt4.dll
    
    I still have the old version in an "uninstall" directory for SP3, but
    it shows as being compressed, although its name is still rpcrt4.dll.
    
    Does anyone have a "safe" procedure to try putting the old version back
    into \winnt40\system32?
