This is probably much too late for the original inquirer,
but since I'm catching up during my quarterly notes reading
session, perhaps this will save someone some time in the future.

Hardlock appears to be a security 'dongle' from Alladin
which is similar to Rainbow's Sentinel product.  Although
you do need a native Alpha device driver, there's a reasonable
chance that the combination of the Intel app with FX!32 and
the Alpha device driver will work.  I know that this works
for several Sentinel protected applications that I've tried.
