I have another to interpret.  This is a 2100-KZPSA-HSZ40(2.7-2).  I can
recomend that customers swap a drive, but would prefer to know that it is
needs it before we start swaping ALL drive on NT that get an error.

Please help interpret these error logs.  If there should be a more formal
channel to elevate it I would be happy to take it.
