This problem kept me guessing for a while on my 466d2 DT. It was
eventually solved by upgrading the BIOS to the latest (I could find)
which was rev 1.10 (SUTRA::PCI$USER_DISKS:DECPC4XXDT_BIOS110.DSK) and
doin the install with the /B switch.
