In EE times, a recent article highlighted Motorola's quandry in the telecommunications business since their customers want NT stations to control the switches. Motorola and the PowerPC have no Microsoft support for WinNT and so they are looking elsewhere for this equipment. Used to be the day that every other person wanted an alternative to IBM. Used to be the day that every other PABX had a VMS station hooked to it.
