I'm looking for some information as to how to, and whom to report insurance fraud. I was in a car accident with one person. when all was said and done, his wife, who was NOT in the car, got $16000 worth of medical bills paid for! When I reported this to his insurance company nothing was done. Is there an investigation service for the state of Massachusetts that deals in this type of situation? or a division of insurance companies? thanks, Joe

reminds of the bus in NYC that went out of control and skidded into another bus. The accident occured in the storage yard and both busses were empty. Within days, dozens of citizens sued for injuries. Only one claim was allowed; claimant was a vagrant who said he was sleeping under the seats. Many insurance companies provide the phone number of their fraud divisions, and ask you to call to report fraud. ed | |||||
