| You think it's unbelieveable there...?
This morning in New England it's 36 degrees F and raining, which
is not really unusual....
....except that we haven't had ANY snow yet this season.
Now THAT'S unbelieveable.....! ;^] x 10000

Tracie,
I was due to go to Valbonne (south of France) for a course, starts
Monday. The **** weather means I can't get there (I don't fly, there are
no trains getting from Scotland to London today/tomorrow). I am
displeased...
Flakey weather,
Alan

RE .3
I flew to Nice on Friday night - no problems.
I spent the weekend out of touch with the world, and got back last
night to lots of rain - couldn't see any snow though.
I couldn't believe it when I started hearing about blizzards and stuff
- it felt like the whole of the UK had conspired to play a practical
joke on me....I hear about it, I see pictures in the newspapers,
but I haven't seen any snow!

Henceforce with the wind currents being adjusted to accomodate this new
current England will forever enjoy the snow and all it's beauty. Enjoy

| I'm in southern California where it's 75, sunny and dry. I envy
all of you who are getting rain, snow and blizzards! I grew up
in New England and it just doesn't seem like Christmas without having
to scrape ice off my car!
It sure would be nice to have a white Christmas this year....
Happy holidays!

| I don't care what you say about New Englands four seasons! There are
really are only three, July, August, and winter. And we pray that
summer falls on a weekend that it doesn't rain!

Well, at least it beats northern California...Summer I (June), Summer
II (September), Winter I (January) and Winter II (July....oh, that
fog!). How can you tell what season it is when the trees don't change
color?!

| Worse then that Judi... when the maple trees in Santa Clara change
color it's three months sooner then the ones in New England....go
figure.

| All kidding aside. I talk to allot of folks on this 800 number in New
England, and the basic small talk is the weather. Its fun, I get a
laugh and the folks give me more of the local lore. Like a local in
Michigan told me that they pray that summer falls on a weekend that
it doesn't rain. And some on in LA once told me that the weather was
always great, too bad we can't see it. This morning it was so cold
here that my eye balls froze to the lids!
All in fun
George
Maybe we can add an "its so cold that"......
