| You might want to try ANYWAY::ASKENET if you want to find anyone
in DEC who might want to join you. I believe that there are Colorado
and New Mexico conferences that might put you in touch with people
in those states who might want to help you visit the Grand Canyon.
For San Francisco help try THEBAY::SAN_FRANCISCO or
WCSM::SILICON_VALLEY. Someone there mya whish to help you have
a good time in the bay area.
If you do get out to San Francisco be sure to visit the DEC
office there at 101 California. It's on the 32nd floor and the
view is magnificent. I visited it last Friday and had to stand about
a foot or so back from the floor to ceiling windows. Too bad they're
moving across the street to the 8th floor in September.

| It's nice to meet DECcies and noters, but you might also want to
consider exploring the pleasures of solo travel, since that's
something you've never done before.
The notes converence JPOIND::HOLIDAY_TRAVEL includes several notes
discussing travelling alone.

| Please don't use ANYWAY::ASKENET. The FRIENDS conference (wherever
it happens to be nowadays) may be a good place. HOLIDAY_TRAVEL
is another good suggestion.
