| | You've got my vote! When I found out I was pregnant recently, my
doctor recommended an afternoon nap everyday (I have a wonderful
case of chronic fatigue). I would gladly give up an hour's pay
for a real rest time in the middle of the day.

| | If you have a doctor's recommendation you could probably go up
to health services and take a nap. Of course you would have to
make up the time by working through lunch or by staying later,
but it might be worth it!

| | You mean you don't take a nap under your desk if you get tired
        at work? How odd.

I don't have a desk in my office that I'd fit under, and besides,
the disk heads on my MicroVAX would keep me awake.

Of course, I've recently realized I'm a workaholic. I eat lunch at my
desk, and exhibit most of the other classic symptoms, too. I'm
    porbably rationalizing.

Hmm funny ... what makes you think the practice has been abandoned?

Watch the people who read L O N G boring documents sometime.

Notice particulalry the ones who "read" facing a blank wall.
