Has anyone ever attended an Insight Transformational Seminar? Someone I work with went to one and it sounded interesting. The brochure says "...is an educational experience that goes beyond words and ideas. It is an experience involving you on all levels of doing, feeling, thinking and expecially being. It is a process that has assisted many in living their lives in a successful and loving way. The next Awakinging Heart Seminar is May 27-June 1 (evenings) (in Waltham, MA) and they are having an Intro tonight in Cambridge. Does anyone have any comments on this seminar? I am thinking of attending - would like some more imput.

This is not to be construed as an endorsement, simply a recounting my own experiences. I attended the Awakening Heart seminar last June. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it very useful and productive. It helped me get in better touch with my Self and to understand my feelings and reactions, in a practical manner. I intend to audit this seminar again and take some of the more advanced courses later on. I have known people who felt it was nothing but playing head games with yourself or who became very upset at being asked to do some of the excercises. I think this was just their reaction (even as some people have thought the New Age Thinking course was useless and others found it worthwhile). If you want more information, I have some other contacts and know of others who have taken this course. Tamzen | |||||
